CONTROL CABLE

Specifications: IS-1554 PART-1/1988, IS-7098 PART-1
GARMAL CABLES can supply a wide range of control cables in copper conductor. The control cables generally have the ability to transmit electricity and signals so that you can avoid transformation of signals from low voltage in order to control motors, relays. Electromagnetic disturbances generally have no influence due to the strength of the signals or we
can say Control Cables plays a vital and keen role in our systems. The high flexibility in control cables is achieved by the use
of fine wire copper strands, short lay length and by powdering of the cores to maintain core separation.
Control Cables generally have the following characterics:
Conductor : Stranded(7 Strands) / Solid Copper/Aluminum
No of Core : Up to 61 Cores
Insulation : Type A, Type C, HR PVC (85°C - 105°C), XLPE
Core Identification : As per ISI specification or as per customer demand
Inner Sheath : PVC type ST-1/ST-1/FR/FRLS or PVC Binder Tape
Armouring Material : Galvanized round wire/strip
Outer Jacket : PVC type ST-1/ST-1/FR/FRLS - Sheath colours will be available in special colour on customer demand
Working Voltage : 650/1100 Volts
Cond. Resistance : As per IS: 8130-1984
Insulation Resistance : >100 M ohm/km
Test Voltage : 3000 Volts
